Accounting data stays local
The hosted service does not store QuickBooks access tokens, authorization codes, customer records, invoices, payments, deposits, or sales receipts. After Intuit authorizes the connection, the response is passed directly to the CRM running on the owner's Mac.
The CRM uses QuickBooks data for read-only sales reconciliation. It does not create, update, or delete QuickBooks transactions.
