Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Rare Book Sleuth CRM QuickBooks connection service.

Purpose and authorized use

The service is a private internal tool operated by The Rare Book Sleuth for sales reconciliation and customer-history management. It may be used only by people authorized by The Rare Book Sleuth and only with QuickBooks companies they are entitled to access.

Read-only operation

The QuickBooks connector is intended to read accounting records for reconciliation. It does not create, update, void, or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online. Decisions to accept, match, or classify imported records are made inside the local CRM.

No accounting or tax advice

The service is an organizational aid and is not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative accounting system.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as available. Imported information may be incomplete, delayed, or require manual review. The operator is responsible for confirming records against QuickBooks Online before relying on them.

Third-party services

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Rare Book Sleuth CRM is an independent integration and is not sponsored or endorsed by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's terms.
